Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "tk", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the tk-vip.cam website and all services connected to it. "You", "user" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform. Account Management

Each member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. Sharing or disclosing account login details to anyone is prohibited.

Account Security

• Keep your password strong and difficult to guess.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Logging in from public or shared devices should be avoided.

KYC Verification

tk may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if KYC information is not provided within the specified time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method).
• The account holder making the deposit and the tk account holder must be the same person.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only funds earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Any bets placed with bonus funds must follow tk's set rules.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected (such as opposing bets or risk-free coverage), the bonus may be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets are considered final — no bet may be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

• Odds published by tk may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is placed are the ones that apply.

Prohibited Activities

• Betting or gaming using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

• Fraudulent conduct toward other members or applying coordinated betting strategies.

Account Suspension and Closure

tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

In the event of account closure, any active bonus will be forfeited. However, tk will determine, after a proper investigation, whether any real money balance earned without breaking the rules will be returned.

Account Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they can contact the support team. They will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, but any active bonus will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

• Account loss resulting from the member's own breach of the terms and conditions.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond tk's control.

tk always strives to maintain service quality and resolves known issues as quickly as possible. However, temporary technical issues are not uncommon in any digital service.

Changes to Terms

tk reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance by email or through a notice on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• You should review this page regularly — the date of the latest update is noted at the top of the page.
• If any change is not acceptable to you, you may stop using the service and request that your account be closed.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of them is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining parts shall continue to be in effect.
